Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- A book with obvious signs of use
- Any opened CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—posting delays are common.
- Contact your bank—processing time varies.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] and await further instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, email [email protected] and await further instructions.
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), you are responsible for paying return shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
