    Orders include tracking and $100 carrier insurance.
    No weekend or holiday shipments.

    Returns information

    Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

    Cancellations & Refunds
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started.
    Once printing or engraving begins, cancellations aren’t possible.
    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is on our end.
