Refund & Return Policy
At 3D Print Solutions LLC, we take pride in creating custom 3D printing and laser engraving products designed just for you. Because most of our items are personalized or made to order, all sales are generally final.
However, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Your item arrived defective or damaged.
You received the wrong product due to our error.
Your order was canceled before production/shipping began.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the return is approved and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom or personalized 3D-printed and engraved products
Digital files or downloadable designs
Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email us at ContactUs@3DPrintSolutionsLLC.com with your order details.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
