Processing Times
All orders processing time varies by product since many items are custom-made.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Local pickup may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like this option.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing.
International Orders (Including the European Union)
International shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Customs, VAT, and Import Duties: All international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Important: 3D Print Solutions LLC does not collect VAT or import fees at checkout. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your shipping carrier (such as DHL, UPS, or your national postal service) will notify you of any fees due before delivery.
Refusal to pay customs/VAT may result in your package being returned or destroyed by customs. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Damaged or Lost Packages
3D Print Solutions LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist with a claim.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If your package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
